We're looking for unique Buyer's Agents who won't have to pay desk fees and don't have to spend time and money marketing themselves to generate business. As a result, the Buyer's Agent's overhead is lower and they can spend more of their time working with Buyers and going to closings.

"Our business model is the perfect place for experienced and savvy Buyers Agents who are able to work remotely and don't need to be micromanaged", says Jamie. "With other companies, oftentimes, Agents have to spend two or three years marketing themselves before they ever earn a dime. Not so with us."

In the competitive real estate environment, we offer a unique opportunity for motivated Buyers Agents. We want Buyers Agents who want to work hard to find homes for Buyers, who are top-notch professionals, can follow office policy and whose clients won't hesitate providing a glowing testimonial for the Agent when the transaction closes.
